The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff, especially Shibu at the front desk, provided really good service and helped with bookings. The breakfast was delicious, with attentive and friendly staff. This hotel is the best in town for value and services.

The hotel offered decent amenities and the location was great for sightseeing. The breakfast spread was yummy with a good variety of dishes. , the hotel staff was polite and helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms was poor and the bathroom had a bad odor which was unpleasant. the noise level at night was high for someone who is a light sleeper.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was quite an experience! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the nearby attractions were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always looking to make sure we had everything we needed.

In this hotel, I was impressed by the really good service provided by the friendly staff at the front desk. They went out of their way to help me with my queries and made my stay comfortable.
